VISION & MISSION
Go Scatter Ministries Inc. is a Non-Denominational, Non-Profit Organization with the primary purpose of “Equipping Every Christian for Everyday Evangelism”. This is accomplished through speaking, teaching, and training services offered both on location, via live events, and online, via social media, as well as supporting local missions through service.
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Rev. Randy LeBaron is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary, After serving in the Free Methodist Church for almost three decades as a Pastor. He is currently serving as Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Medina, NY, Chaplain at Hospice of Orleans, and Adjunct Professor at Roberts Wesleyan University. Additionally he has been involved in ministry in several different churches and denominations spanning four continents. He is pictured with his wife Sheryl and their four children: Ashlyn, Brendan, Madison, & Jillian.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dave Good is a pharmacist at Walgreens and Albion Correctional as well as a frequent flyer at Tim Horton’s, a contributor to Go Scatter’s Blog, and a man who loves God, his family, The Buffalo Bills, and helping others. He is pictured with his wife Kim and their daughters Emmy & Sophie.
Rob & Megan Hoose are both graduates of Roberts Wesleyan College and Megan is also a graduate of Northeastern Seminary. Rob is an art teach and Megan is an ordained elder in the FMC who has served as a hospital chaplain and is currently teaching at RWC. They have ministered together in many ways throughout their marriage including at camps and on missions trips. They are pictured with their sons Jessup & Aaron.

Every other week Pastor writes an article for The Orleans Hub which is also published in the Orleans County Pennysaver. Each article highlights a difference ministry or organization in Orleans County or a topic of Pastor Randy‘s choosing.
